What has been happening this week...

I hope everyone is keeping safe and well during these times. It's taken a while to find a subject to post about due to not going outside or buying non-essentials. So heres a little update from the week!

I've had a chance to read through some interior books that I had previously bought. It was lovely to be in a calm environment away from all the daily stresses at the moment and think about refining my spaces. If you're interested in which ones I've picked up, the first was The Kinfolk Home by Nathan Williams, which in a nutshell dives into other peoples living spaces that fit their everyday lives. You can pick this up from here.

The second is Homebody by Joanna Gaines which helps to define your interior style and gives you tools on how to create the spaces that you'll love. I even started using this to elevate my rooms in a new way! Both books are highly recommended, even if you have a small interest in interior design.

I've had a lot of 'me' time as well, something we all need right now, am I right? A lot of online stores at the moment are offering a wide selection of wellness products from a new electronic diffuser at The White Company, to a range of spa worthy products from Marks and Spencer, and an article from Rituals that will change your mindset on hand washing. Defining a wellness routine is key to good mental health, heres some of the products I'm using at the moment.

I've also been binge watching Fixer Upper all week, if you're into home renovation, then it's a must! Chip and Joanna Gaines take houses in Waco, Texas and turn them into their clients dream homes, the transformations are incredible. You'll just have to try this one out for yourselves!

Continue to stay home and keep yourselves and your loved ones safe at this time. I will be trying to come up with some new content for you to check out!
