Ready, set, sale!

I hope everyone has had a good time with friends and family over the holiday season! The big day comes to an end but there is still one event we look forward to, the Boxing Day sales. In my opinion they are not as big now as they have been in years past but there are still bargains to bag after Christmas. So here’s my top 3 home and lifestyle sales this year!

3. West Elm

West Elm is known to be on the pricier side when it comes to shopping for home essentials. However, they launched their Boxing Day sales with up to 60% off selected items (including some pretty special furniture pieces!). One of my favourites is the Wood tiled sideboard starting at £719.40, a 40% saving on the original price.

Truth be told, if you want to bag a big ticket item, it will still set you back, it’s just a little kinder to your bank balance. Much like this Belgian flax linen duvet set. The set will still cost around £100 give or take but it’s 30% off and could sit amongst 2020’s spring colour palette in your home.

They didn’t make my top 3 because of classic homeware on a better budget. They made the top 3 because they are also offering an extra 15% off clearance items! There’s a greater choice here than you’d think, from bedding to lighting to furniture. For someone that’s dreamt of owning West Elm furniture, it’s a solid place to start.

2. Anthropologie

With their winter sale up to 50% off there are definitely bargains to see here. They’re not only including home accessories and furniture but gifting too! So while you browse for that perfect piece as a new year treat to your space, you can think about gifts well in advance (if that’s your thing).

Some Christmas items are as low as £2 and gifts that I’ve seen starting at around the same price. We’ve all been savvy shoppers this year and it doesn’t have to be any different right now. A new year means working on yourself again, this Q&A a day for the soul book can help with that at just £10.

In fact, a lot of their gift items aren’t all that festive so if there’s a birthday or anniversary you need to buy for, don’t shy away from an end of year bargain!

1. Zara Home

Zara Home has taken the top spot for me. They have such a wide choice that has gone in to their sale. It’s easy to shop, includes gifting and lifestyle and has timeless pieces. Take this rough textured vase as an example. With its minimal style, it can be used in any space, any season. Now priced at £15.99, a £10 saving on its RRP.

There are so many items that can be used in the home all year round and now they can be yours at a fraction of the cost. Another bonus is they really are affordable in the first place despite their premium look.

Despite there being a huge choice of items to rifle through, their sale is going fast. A lot of concession items have already been and gone but there are still some Berghoff kitchen utensils available. Zara have offered up an ‘our favourites’ pick from their sale too if you’re in need of further inspiration.

There are many other stores to have a shop around on despite my list above. Take a look for yourselves before settling on your final purchases. Stay in touch via email or give my blog a follow. I look forward to seeing in 2020 with everyone!
